Desert Rhino Camp is a luxury tented mobile camp run in conjunction with the “Save the Rhino Trust” in the Palmwag concession area of the rugged northern Damaraland. The camp offers a fascinating insight into the ecology and conservation of this incredible area, at the same time contributing directly to the Trust and ultimately the sustainability of this vulnerable area and its wildlife.
The area we traverse, whilst tracking Black Rhino and other wildlife is massive, over 450 000 hectares. The camp has large “meru” tents with en-suite facilites. A maximum of 12 guests will have the rare pleasure of exploring this wild and remote area in the company of the dedicated conservationists who host them together with local trackers.
Wildlife in the area includes Hartmann’s Mountain Zebra, Giraffe, Oryx, Springbok, Ostrich, Desert Adapted Elephant, Lions, Cheetah, Leopard, Spotted and Brown Hyaena and the highlight of course, Black Rhino. |

Serra Cafema Camp is an exclusive desert getaway on the banks of the Kunene River in the remote northwestern section of Kaokoland. The camp, which overlooks Angola, is situated about 65 km east of the Kunene Mouth under huge, shady Ana trees.
Accommodation is in eight double tents with en-suite facilities. Serra Cafema has a well-stocked bar and swimming pool. Excursions into the breathtaking surroundings of the Hartmanns Valley are undertaken in 4x4 vehicles, while boat trips are undertaken on the river.
The area is a birdwatchers paradise, and if you’re lucky, you might even see the ferocious Kunene crocodiles basking on a sandy riverbank. There are several Himba settlements in the vicinity of Serra Cafema, which give guests the opportunity to observe the lifestyles and traditions of this nomadic race of Herero origin at close quarters. |

Ongava Lodge is situated along the southern boundary of Etosha National Park in the privately owned Ongava Game Reserve. Ongava is the ideal place from which to base your activities when visiting Etosha. Accommodation comprises of twelve air-conditioned brick, rock and thatch chalets, each with en-suite facilities.
Meals are either served in the main dining area under thatch with a view over the camp's water hole, or on the dining deck under the stars. Activities include game drives in open 4x4 vehicles into the Okaukuejo area of Etosha where Lion, Elephant, Cheetah, Gemsbok, Springbok and Hartebeest can be seen at many of the water holes in the park. In addition, night drives, hides and walks with armed guides are enjoyed on the private reserve. Ongava has resident White and Black Rhino, giving guests staying at Ongava the opportunity to see both species. |

Susuwe Island Lodge offers the opportunity to experience closely a wild and untouched island of Africa. Situated in north eastern Namibia, the island is in the remote Kwando River - a permanent water source which nourishes delicate ecosystems and sustains varied game and birdlife. Relaxation, privacy and comfort are paramount here. Susuwe Island Lodge is built to incorporate the riverine forest - the main complex has lofty canopy viewing decks overlooking endless savannahs, glistening lily-studded wetlands and ancient Kalahari woodlands, as well as a firepit, spacious lounge and dining areas, curio shop and small reference library.
Six spacious brick and thatch suites equipped with double bathroom, bedroom, lounge and wooden viewing deck each with private plunge pool offer guests the opportunity to merge unhurriedly with Africa's timeless evolution of hazy days and star-studded nights. Mosquito nets, overhead fans and hairdryers as well as generated electricity are provided.
At Susuwe game drives are being conducted in open 4x4 vehicles in the Bwabwata National Park. Game sightings in this cradle of rivers could include vast herds of roaming elephant and buffalo, lion, hippo, leopard, sable, roan, lechwe and puku for example. Night drives at Susuwe offer an even closer insight into the intrigue of the African bush. |

SKELETON COAST FLY-IN SAFARI
4 days - 3 nights The Skeleton Coast Park is a coastal desert characterised by storm-swept plains, rocky outcrops, canyons, seal colonies and many other stark features. Life here is a constant fight for survival. Experience a fly-in safari into one of the most remote areas of Namibia and get acquainted with the desolate beauty of the northern Skeleton Coast Park. 
Overnight at Skeleton Coast Camp. Itinerary includes:
sundowner excursion into the desert,
day trips to the clay castles of the Hoarusib, Rocky Point, a number of shipwrecks along the coast, hidden fresh water springs, into the sand dunes and to the Himba settlements. Some areas are traversed on foot to prevent vehicle tracks causing lasting damage to the delicate eco-system of the area.
ACCOMMODATION:
The Skeleton Coast Camp can accommodate a maximum of twelve guests in six comfortable en suite tents. Each tent, erected on a platform, has its own private veranda, a 12 V battery and solar heated water. PLEASE NOTE:
- This fly-in safari can be extended to 5 days
- Departure for the 4-day safari every Wednesday (returning on Saturday) with a minimum of 2 participants
- Departure for the 5-day safari every Saturday (returning on Wednesday) with a minimum of 2 participants
- Luggage is limited to 12 kg per person
- The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary
